Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during an engagement. Solve4You.com will not disclose client information to third parties without prior written consent, except where required by law.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms, retainer fees, and project-based pricing are outlined in individual consulting agreements. Invoices are due within the period specified in the agreement. Solve4You.com reserves the right to suspend services for overdue payments.

6. Limitation of Liability

While Solve4You.com endeavours to provide accurate, actionable strategic advice, we make no guarantees of specific business outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate a consulting engagement with written notice as specified in the engagement agreement. Termination does not affect any obligations that have accrued prior to termination, including payment obligations.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New York.

9. Changes to Terms
